Where are products manufactured?

For quality and availability, we make Reach PoE test products in the USA and staff all positions in the USA. Units are assembled in our state-of-the-art production facility in San Jose, CA. Our production team ensures manufacturing, quality, and customer support are of the highest standards. PCBs are assembled by an AS9100 D certified local partner. Each unit goes through a series of tests throughout the build process. Units are fully tested before they ship.

Are ICT, FCT, burn-in testing done?

Yes. Each unit is tested to verify each channel meets 10G-baseT insertion loss, return loss, and crosstalk limits connected with 100 meters of cable.

Where is the operating firmware developed and updated?

Firmware is developed and supported by our R&D Office in Oregon. Our in-house team of hardware and software engineers works with key leaders in Power Sourcing Equipment to provide production line testing equipment to meet the latest standards. The Reach Technology R&D team has a proven track record of developing products to exacting customer requirements.

What is the warranty period?

Reach Technology offers a One Year Limited Hardware Warranty on its PoE test equipment. Any returns should be sent to our production facility in San Jose, CA.  Please obtain an RMA Number by using this RMA Authorization Form, prior to returning equipment.

If a unit fails outside the warranty what is the cost for repair?

Repairs are made on a flat rate basis and depend on what is required. We will work with you to keep costs as low as possible. Contact Customer Support for help.
